Both guys taking orders and running food were very friendly. The wet burrito is huge and the red sauce has a bit of a kick but overall good flavor mixed with the carne asada. Ceviche wasn't bad but nothing about it stuck out in particular. ”

“ So happy we came here! We were on the way to another restaurant and passed by here and thought we'll try it out since Mexican food sounded good. It's a small little mom and pop restaurant with a homey feel to it. We ordered at the counter and found a table. While you're waiting for food, they bring you complementary chips and salsa and they even brought us spicy salsa. The food was sooo delicious!! I haven't been to a Mexican restaurant with authentic food like this in so long. The staff was so friendly also, I believe the owner was there and she was lovely and kept checking on us. Highly recommend coming here in between wine tasting during your visit! ”

“ Ambiance- Crowded. Get to know your neighbors, even if they aren't speaking English! It was nice not having a COVID approved distance again. Service- Pretty good. They had to locate us amongst the not-so-distanced crowd to deliver our food. Food- So good. I ordered one fish taco and it was plenty. Looked like a tostada all piled up with goodness. Also ordered a shrimp scampi-ish platter and that was a savory gem. Came with rice, beans and some corn tortillas. Also ordered chips and salsa. Chips were lovely and they were okay with extra salsa delivery. Tried this place at its Vacaville location. This one was a bit smaller and it had more of a local feel to it. Regardless, the VV location is going to get visits more often than it has (by me anyways) because of St. Helena! Maybe for breakfast? ”
